New Territories for Livohka
On October 22nd, 2014, His Majesty Prince Adam and His Grace, Duke Kevin of Stamford, met to discuss expanding land territories. After doing some research on various islands around the worlds that were not officially 'owned' by any specific nation, His Majesty and His Grace officially decided to claim the island of Bouvet Island, off the coast of Norway, as part of the Republic of Livohka. Bouvet Island is uninhabited and considered a dependency of Norway. What this means is while Norway does not officially own the island, the island is subject under Norwegian laws. It is not reccomended to visit Bouvet Island, but this certainly is a milestone for the Republic.
