Preamble
It has been collectively decided by our citizens and our Sovereign Leader, His Majesty Prince Adam I, that establishing our own nation is not only wanted, but necessary. Therefore, it is that we establish this Constitution, so that all who live within our borders may live their pursuits to the fullest.

AMMENDMENT TO THE LIVOHKAN CONSTITUTION:
Ammendment I: Diplomatic Policy
Preamble
It has been collectively decided by our citizens and our Sovereign Leader, His Majesty Prince Adam I, that establishing our own nation is not only wanted, but necessary. Therefore, it is that we establish this Constitution, so that all who live within our borders may live their pursuits to the fullest.
Article I: Citizens and Language
- Citizens of the Republic shall be both those and their children; the Republic shall not exclude or discriminate against human nor animal as citizens of our nation.
- The language of the Republic of Livohka is English, as laid down by His Majesty.
- The Republic is considered a sovereign constitutional monarchy. The Royal Council shall be by appointment of His Majesty only.
- This document shall be considered the law of the Republic of Livohka. All citizens must abide by it.
- The state’s national colors are white, black, and blue. The national animal is the Morgan Horse, and the national bird is the Cardinal. The Republic also has a national anthem and a national Coat of Arms.
- The motto of the Republic is “In patria, fortitude”, translated to “In country, courage.”
- The Republic’s Capital is located where His Majesty resides, in the region known as Wingston.
Article IV: Republic Objectives
- The republic promotes the right for all citizens to pursue their own destiny so long as it resides in the confines of the Constitution. The republic vows to protect this right dutifully and to the full extent of its power.
- The Republic of Livohka promotes the following:
- The right to education.
- The development of culture.
- The right to marry for all, regardless of sexual orientation, religion, or race.
- Environmental welfare.
- The right to develop in science, mathematics, and history, as well as the right to study such. - The Republic of Livohka does not establish an official religion. In fact, the Republic believes in one thing: the religion of happiness for all. Any violation of this Religion of Happiness by any individual practicing any religion is unconstitutional, and said participant will be dealt with at the discretion of His Majesty, Prince Adam I.
- While a standing army shall be maintained by the Republic, diplomacy shall always be the first approach. The Republic of Livohka believes in peace for all, and it shall work to maintain longstanding peace.
- The Republic vows to protect its people from terrorism and catastrophes.
Article VI: Organization
- All decisions shall go through his Majesty, Prince Adam I.
- A Royal Council shall be appointed by His Majesty.
- A parliament shall be maintained and voted upon by citizens of the Republic of Livohka.
- Parliament shall be elected by members of the Republic, with the exception of His Majesty, and the Royal Court.
- If, in the event, that there is not enough to vote for Parliament, either two things can happen.All candidates will be put into the Parliament for one term.
His Majesty will appoint a member of the Court to decide who takes office in the Parliament.Option B is very unlikely to happen. - Elections for Parliament shall take place in June annually.
- Parliament has the power to make laws and amend the Constitution.All amendments and laws must be approved by the Royal Council and His Majesty.
- Parliament has the power to act as a liaison between the people and His Majesty-they are the people’s voice by design.
- Each Member of Parliament must adhere to this and talk regularly with the people in order to get their concerns to the government.
- The Republic’s governing bodies have power over the following:
Foreign relations
Defense
Economic regulations
Infrastructure and traffic
Taxation
Solidarity status
Laws
Education
- The Prince/princess is the sovereign head of state. He/she has the ability to pardon, conduct foreign affairs, form diplomatic relations, and also to preside over court hearing.
- In addition, his Majesty may make royal proclamations without consent of Parliament or the Royal Court in the interest of keeping the government moving.
- A yearly budget must be agreed upon by Parliament and sent to the Royal Council, and then to His Majesty for approval.If there is no Parliament, the yearly budget will be decided upon by the Royal Council and His Majesty.
- Should Parliament fail to pass a budget, one will be set down by His Majesty.
- It is to be assumed that His Majesty may preside over most court cases.
- A Jury will be selected to vote on the verdict.
Article XIII: Human Rights
- Citizens have the right to life and liberty.
- Citizens have the right to be what they determine themselves to be.
- Citizens have the right to enter and exit Livohka boarders freely and openly.
- Responsibility for chosen acts falls upon the person; if the choice made is not within the law, they will be punished.
- Slavery of any sort is abolished.
- The rights aforementioned in Article XII apply to all persons within Livohka boarders, whether they are animal or human, and whether they are domestic or foreign.
- Citizens have the right to life.
- Citizens have the right to be.
- Capital and corporal punishments are strictly forbidden.
- Torture is also forbidden under the Constitution.
- All have the freedom to express themselves and their opinions.
- Freedom of the press and other media is guaranteed under the Constitution.
- Everyone may obtain information freely and openly.
- Censorship is abolished.
- All citizens have the right under the law to peacefully assemble.
- All citizens have the right to associate with one another, including political parties, however, political parties are not recommended nor endorsed by the Head of State, His Majesty Prince Adam I.
Article XVIII: Professions
- Citizens have the right to choice professions.
- Forced labor is strictly abolished by the State.
- Citizens have the right to vote in the parliamentary elections.Citizens may choose not to vote in the parliamentary elections if they desire.
- Citizens have the right to petition under the law.
- Citizens have the right to form political party, however, as was aforementioned, it is not recommended by the Head of State, His Majesty Prince Adam I.
Article XX: Procreation
- Citizens have the right to procreate. Should a homosexual couple wish to procreate through a donor or surrogacy, it is permitted under the law.
- Citizens have the right to raise and educate their children.
- Discrimination against citizens for their race, religion, orientation, gender, ect. is strictly prohibited under the law.
- All citizens have the right to a fair trial.
- All citizens are considered equal under the law.
- No act may be punished unless it is a criminal offense under the law.
- The Minister of the Justice is the only one with the right and ability to issue warrants under the law.
- To a speedy and public trial.
- To be innocent until proven guilty.
- Not to be forced to bear witness against himself.
- Be informed of the charges brought against him or her and the right to remain silent.

Ammendment I: Diplomatic Policy
- The Republic of Livohka will entertain both formal and informal relations wth other micronations.
- In the eyes of the Republic, if you state your sovereignity, you are sovereign. We do not require anything for you to be recognized formally by the Republic as a nation.
